We have searched high and low for a Bible Search program and this was one of the better ones we have stumbled across. It is supplied by BibleGateway. You can search for specific passages or you can type in a word like "Love" and have receive back a listing of every passage that contains the word. Once you are on their site you can refine the search even more. They offer a variety of versions (King James to NIV) and options that allow you to narrow your searches.
