General
1: Do you charge a membership fee? No, there are no fees of any kind other then the normal shipping fees. We do not believe in charging others for the right to purchase from us
2: Do I have to register with your company in order to make a purchase? No, we do not require that you register with us in order to make a purchase. There are some advantages to seting up an account though. You can check to see when your order shipped and by which method it shipped, you can update your personal information, and you can store your billing and shipping information so that you do not have to enter it in everytime you make a purchase. Please note that we do not store your credit card information, just your billing and shipping address.
3: Do you offer a catalog? At this point in time we do not offer a catalog. You can view our entire product line here on our website.
4: Do you sell to businesses only? No we sell to anyone who has a need for our products. Whether you are an individual, Church, business, school or organization you can purchase any product from our site.
5: How do I contact you if I have a question? You can reach us by using the Contact link located at the top of every page or you can email us at info@millenniumbargains.com.
Shipping
1: Do you ship internationally? Yes, we now offer shipping to Canada, United Kingdom, Sweden, Hong Kong, Australia and other international locations. When you check out you will be able to select your city and country. Please note, the shipping charges that appear when checking out are only estimates. We will contact you with the correct shipping fees before we process your order.
2: How do you calculate shipping fees? We use a flat rate shipping system in which the charges are based on the weight of the products. To see our current shipping rates please visit our Shipping page.
3: Can you ship to an APO address? Yes we do offer shipping to APO addresses. If you have any problems during the checkout process please contact us and we will assist you in placing your order.
4: Do you offer drop shipping? Yes, we now offer drop ship services. When placing an order please put the word "DROPSHIP" in the comments section when checking out. **Note: If this is not present your order will be shipped normally with all our information included.** Put your information in the Billing section and your customers information in the Shipping section. We will use your address for the return address and we will include a basic packing list with the order. There are no additional fees for this service.
Ordering and Payments
1: What types of payments do you accept? We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Personal Checks and Money Orders.
2: Do you accept personal checks? Yes we do. You can mail your personal check or money order to: Millennium Bargains 510 Mitchell Gwinn, MI 49841 Please allow at least 7 days for the check to reach us and another 5 days for the check to clear the banks. There is a $30 service fee for any personal check that fails to clear.
3: Is my credit card or checking account information safe? Yes, your personal information is safe. We use a secure server that utilizes Thwate’s latest 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) that is verified daily by them. To verify that you are on our secure server make sure that the page where you enter in your credit card or checking account information starts with HTTPS:// and look for the little yellow lock at the bottom right of your browser (Internet Explorer).
