Your right to privacy.
Everyone has a right to privacy and we take that right seriously. On this page we explain the type of information we collect, what we do with that information, how you can access and update your information, the use of cookies and how to contact us.
The type of information we collect.
When you register with our site or decide to make a purchase, we ask you for your:
- Name
- Address
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Credit Card Number (Only upon purchase)
If you decide to have the order sent to someone other then yourself or to an alternate mailing address then we will ask for the following:
- Name
- Address
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Our site will require that the email and phone number fields in the Ship to Section be filled. You may fill in your email address and your phone number instead as we will not contact the receiver for any reason unless you request us to do so.
If you request to join our mailing address then the only information we will request is your:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
How we use your information.
We use the information you provide about yourself when you place an order to process your order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order. We ask for your phone number and email address so that we may contact you if we have any questions pertaining to your order. The information you provide about someone else that you are shipping the order to is used for that purpose only. We will not contact that person for any reason unless you specify that we may and they will not be added to our mailing lists.
The information you provide when you join our mailing list is used specifically for sending you information about Millennium Bargains. We ask for your name so that we may personalize the emails we send out. Your email address will not be sold to any 3rd party companies. In the emails we send to you there is an opt out link located at the bottom of the email in case you decide that you no longer wish to receive emails from us. This link will automatically remove you from our mailing list. You can also send us a blank email with "Remove" in the subject line and we will remove you from our mailing lists.
How to view and change your information.
To view the information that we have on file just click on the "My Account" link located at the top of the page. You will be asked for your user id and password (This is one of the ways in which we protect your personal information). Once you have logged in you can change or correct your information in any of the available fields. If you want to be removed from our mailing list, please send an email stating so. Selecting "no" in the mailing list field will not remove you from our list. (NOTE: You can also check on the status of your order and track any UPS shipments you may have.)
Use of Cookies.
Our site does utilize the use of cookies. We use cookies to keep track of items in your shopping cart. If you were to add items to your cart, leave the site and then come back, those items would still be in your cart. Also information pertaining to the page you are visiting is also stored in a cookie. We do not use cookies to collect information on you. Any information that we do collect has been outlined above.
